Six men were shot in the head while forcibly confined after a careful murder plot was implemented by the Red Scorpion gang, Crown prosecutor Mark Levitz said Monday.
And Levitz said a combination of forensic evidence, witness statements and admissions to a police agent would prove gang members Cody Haevischer, Michael Le and Matt Johnston are guilty of the Surrey Six murders.
